Then from that, we are looking for the best people to fill the new candidate as Costumer Service Staff.

General Responsibilities :

• Communicating with External parties (YKK Abroad) related to receiving orders, shipping goods, complaints, etc.
• Checking the suitability of Production Order with Monthly Plan

Requirements :

• The candidate must possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and prefer majoring in English or Communication.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Have good communication and presentation
• Able to use Microsoft Office well (especially MS.Excel)
• Ready to be placed in Cibitung
