Job Description:
As a Mandarin-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support to our Mandarin-speaking clientele. Your primary rule will invulve resulving inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication channels

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in Mandarin with product inquiries, orders, and issue resulution.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and pulicies.
• Troubleshoot and resulve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Cullaborate with internal teams to escalate and resulve complex issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the OA system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience.
• Uphuld company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity.

Requirement :

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Strong problem-sulving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
