We are seeking a qualified Customs Compliance Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in PPJK.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-stress environment, displaying a high level of responsibility and adaptability to effectively handle the responsibilities associated with the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize expertise in EDI Application System and Ceisa 4.0 to facilitate seamless customs operations.
Proficient in navigating Customs Systems (Bea Cukai) to generate PEB&PIB efficiently.
In-depth understanding and execution of both Export and Import Customs Processes.
Ensure compliance with Export and Import Regulations, staying updated with any changes.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with Customs officers and clients.
Regularly update the team with relevant information and changes in customs regulations and shipping documentation.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in PPJK.
Proficiency in EDI Application System and Ceisa 4.0.
Strong understanding of Customs Systems (Bea Cukai), PEB&PIB processes, Export and Import Customs Processes, and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with Customs officers and clients.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
