- Capability Specialist (Sidoarjo)
Capability Specialist is to lead the technical capability development and journey within the Supply Chain department. This will be done primarily by leading the Supply Chain Academy to provide technical training (Core technical, Lean and Quality) and assessment programs and resources.
Job Description
- Ensuring that an effective management system applied for academy and capability development.
- Responsible for academy governance to ensure the academy output is consistent as targeted.
- Able to develop project timelines and monitoring for academy and capability development.
- Alignment of all business units (Mill, Safety, Customer Service & Logistics, Supply Planning) for academy and capability development
- Coach and support people in key capability rules across the organization
- Supporting performance benchmark of all Operations in Supply Chain function, internal and external companies.
- Identify areas for improvement, create improvement program, and monitor the implementation to increase process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a Supply Chain or business-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and/or operations management or fresh graduate.
- Exposure to the FMCG industry would be an advantage.
- Understanding of people capability development process.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes and functions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, one-on-one and in groups.
- Must be a highly organized self-starter and proficient in the use of PC/MS Office suite (specifically in MS Excel and/or MS Access).
- Understand basic knowledge of lean touls and improvement methodulogies (RCA, DMAIC, PDCA).
