About Our Client:
They are one of the leading meat processing companies with factories located in Cikarang, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their valued customers.

Requirements:

• Age: 30-35 years uld.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in production management, preferably in food processing or frozen foods industry.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, ability to handle production at a factory level, flexibility in approach.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Plant Manager, oversee the overall production process at the plant, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as R&ampD, quality contrul, and logistics to streamline the product manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to optimise plant operations.
• Monitor production output, quality contrul measures, and production costs to meet company objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  Train and supervise production staff to maintain a high level of performance and morale.
• Manage production budget and expenses to meet financial targets.
  Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in production processes.
• Cullaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for production growth and expansion.
