Job functions :
Train new salespeople & Principals (regular training).
Develop relationship with sales people, principals and players in the industry.
Recruitment through seminars & relationship building.
Develop businesses (Franchisees)
Conduct trainings & MC events.
Present employment & franchise opportunities to prospects
Requirements :
Maximum 35 years old.
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
Having experience in property minimum 5 years
Passioned in service & Property business
Overseas graduate / candidates with excellent English skills prefered
Fresh graduates with fluent English are also encouraged to apply.
Has an excellent communication and presentation skill.
Possess a public speaking and networking skill and able to conduct trainings.
Has own vehicle and willing to travel both overseas and through-out Indonesia.
Attractive, self motivated, responsible, a good team-player, with a can-do attitude.
