Kualifikasi :
Job description
Based on department quality objectives, implement responding improvement, reporting to superior from time to time.
Responsible with production line abnormality feedback, leading each unit workers to find out the problem and do improvement.
Handling non-conforming incoming issue alarm and disposition, issue tracking.
Prepares the Project Quality plans and Inspection Test plans/Check List according to project specifications.
Plan, review and monitor all activities related to product certification requirements and work together with other departments.
Liaises with Project Managers/Engineers for day-to-day inspection.
Liaises with Client inspectors / third party inspectors.
Prepare and compiling inspection reports, non-confirmation report, documentation
Follow through the None Conformation and Compliance Records / NCR with the relevant department, so that quality issue does not recur.
Ensure records to be properly documented and maintained.
Co-working with PTSJ QC for sample evaluation before shipment.
Enhance bridging and communication of R&D to PTSJ team.
To perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time.
Requirements
2-5 years of working experience in (Furniture / Lamp) Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
Self-motivated, innovative, independent, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Computer proficiency in MS Office/Excel/MS Word/ Power point.
Internal Audit knowledge is an advantage.
Willing to work under pressure and overtime.
