Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :
- Lead Operation and Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
- Operate the utilities/facilities equipment as per live procedures / job aids.
- Supporting operation team in Utilities/Facilities equipment to ensure the operation performance achieve the target with the right procedure by providing the ready equipment’s or facilities or process systems that have been developed before.
- Conduct investigation of deviation and engineering event related.
- Invulve in troubleshooting for problem on engineering fields.
- Participating in continuous improvement activities and small projects
- Execute the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance process for all Utilities and Facilities equipment/instrument fullowing procedure and Maintenance Work Instruction in place.
- Engage with Engineer to develop and ensure operational procedure are correctly reflect the operation.
Requirement:
- Possess bachelor’s degree from Related Major
- Operation experience in electrical and appliances equipment under His / Her responsibilities
- Proven experience problem sulving and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic breakdowns on high tech/high-speed equipment in production situations.
- English – Oral and written communication skills
- Able to learn new technulogy quickly and communicate it freely to others.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, drawings and manuals to effectively operate and troubleshoot of the facilities and utilities equipment assigned to her/him.
- Communicates effectively-have good interpersonal skills, good attitude, and good approach.
