Responsibilities:
Ensure Safety of people inside the plant and office
Develop and implement specifier visit and project plan
Details key milestones, schedules, responsibilities and resources to implement the plan
Motivated by the achievement of objectives and incensed toward specific attainment of plans/milestones
Manage architects/contractors/owners representative firms in their assigned territory
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in civil engineering is preferable
> 5 years experience in building construction or sales and marketing for steel
Able to use engineering software for designing structures and drafting
Personal own car and a valid driving license
If specified or relationship with the architect, the designer would be an advantage
Fast learning, able to search for market opportunities and able to manage project
Good command of English and computer literacy
Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills and project management
Able to work upcountry as upon request
