Job Specification:
Responsible to the Production Supervisor
Helping Production Supervisors for the entire production process and covering infrastructure and supporting facilities (such as machinery, tools, etc.) and materials that are in the production space area and affect both directly and indirectly the quality of products during the production, administration and continuity process, especially related to the spunbond production process to rewind the product and its quality in its tenure to achieve production objectives (Quality Objective)
Doing RCA (root cause analysis)
Arrange the execution of work regarding order pieces that will be rewind according to the production schedule and customer requirements
Ensure that activities and work results are in accordance with what has been determined by Spinning Operator and Web Line so that they can run effectively and efficiently during their tenure.
Monitoring & evaluating the implementation of production activities to minimize waste production so that it is more efficient and productive
Monitoring & evaluating the cleanliness of facilities and infrastructure in the production room to be maintained and controlled and to avoid damage
Coordinating team to smooth the entire production process and fulfill its quality requirements
Coordinating orders with other departments related to the customer specification
Job Qualification:
Candidates must have at least a Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred from PLASTIC MANUFACTURE companies or similar companies
Experienced in the same position for at least 2 years as a Foreman / Production Group Leader
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
Willing to work shift
