Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :
- GRAPHIC DESIGNER & LAYOUTER
Kualifikasi :
Develop new formulations of Acrylic Adhesives and provide recommendations to improve or customize formulas, processes, analytical methods or equipment respective to the formula.
Manage customer relationships and perform Customer Visits and Product Testing.
Understand customer expectations on to-be manufactured product.
Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors and customers.
Monitor team metrics and objectives ensuring meeting of goals.
Document all phases of research and development.
Requirements:
Max. 45 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Organic Chemistry
At least 5 years working experience in the R&D Manager of Acrylic Adhesives or related field.
Experience in formulating Acrylic Adhesive (water and solvent based) is essential.
Strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Strong analysis and problem-solving skill.
