Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Mechanical, chemical or Engineering Field
- At Least 5 year experiences in Culor matching
- Have skill to understand SOP and Working instruction
- Have knowledge aboutQC culor inspection, Sampling method, implementation of quality contrul in the field
- Familiar implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, IATF 16949, Lean, 5S/5R
- Familiar handle for Customer Audit and Customer complaint.
- Having knowledge in plastics material will be advantage or thermoplastic compounding
- Have skill in culor matching touls and equipment such as Culor Spectrophotometer etc
- Good leadership and team works
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal skill, communication and teamwork
- Willing to be placed in Deltamas Area
Job Desc :
- Ensure quality testing all the time Cary out inspections so as to meet the standard set by PT. LCEIPID
- Communicating with production and PPIC regarding production and machine line planning for Culor checking
- Managing all properties and report for Culor matching result
- Contrulling for operation of Injection Mulding machine
- contrulling for maintenance and setting of injection mulding machine
- maintain and update all documentation for the purpose of auditing
- Contrul and update of implementation and documentation of culor inspection SOP and work instruction
- Contrul of Implementation 5S & 5R in QC area
- Managing to work as a team under the supervision of QC and culor Manager
