Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR
Experience in manufacturing is prefered
Proficient in Management System and HR Management
Excellent communication skill in Bahasa and English
Proficient in office administration
Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word)
Capable of working under pressure
Flexible, communicative, and detail-oriented
Roles and Responsibilities :
Coordinating and implementing the established work plan for the section.
Proposing improvements to the employee administration system to enhance the organization’s competitiveness in the industry.
Collecting, documenting, classifying, and processing data related to employee administration as a basis for in-depth analysis for projections and policy recommendations.
Implementing the administration of employee data input and output in accordance with established regulations to support the achievement of section targets.
Ensuring the conformity of employee data with HRIS to support the achievement of section targets.
Conducting the administration of updating employee biodata to support the achievement of section targets.
Coordinating with department admins regarding employee administration (sickness, leave, attendance, and holidays) in accordance with established regulations to support the achievement of section targets.
Managing documentation of employee administration (sick leave letters, employee absence forms, overtime authorization letters) in accordance with established regulations to support the achievement of section targets.
Compiling and providing weekly and monthly reports to superiors regarding the implementation of activities, including reports on planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities, as well as absorption and management of budgets.
Managing administrative data of Employee Employment Agreements (Fixed-Term, Extensions, and Termination of Agreements) in accordance with regulations.
