Fumira was established in 1970 and its name was came from the two first letters of the three share hulders: FUji Steel (later merged with Yawata Steel to become Nippon Steel Corp.), MItsui Co. Ltd., and RAgam Logam (a subsidiary of Argo Manunggal Group).

Requirements :

• Max. 35 years uld
• Graduated from Bachelor/Master Degree any major
• Having experience in the same position at least for 2-4 years (preferable from Manufacturing Company/ Building Material Company)
• Willing to work mobile
• Good Negotiation Skill
• Good command in English both spoken and written
• Computer literacy
• Familiar with modern market business and sales activity
• Communicative, Have strong personality, Target oriented, Self motivated, and adaptable
• Placement: Balikpapan

Job Description:

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/touls
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate sulutions and alternatives within the time limits fullow up to ensure resulution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Fullow communication procedures, guidelines and pulicies
• Responsible for achieving sales target in the area
