REQUIREMENT:

• Age max 40 Years Old
• Candidate minimum must possess at least Technical High Schoul/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (others) or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 Years’ experience as Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer in Hose Industries, Heavy Equipment, Pump, Oil &amp Gas
• Having good leadership manner
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skill
• Result oriented &amp able to sulve problems
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, open and attentive to customers
• Has an extensive network and good relationship with the customer
• Willing to travel &amp having driven license
• Preferable having own car
• Location Based: Balikpapan

JOBS DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible to meet sales targets
• Leading and coordination sales team and staff
• Search for new client who might benefit from company products or services
• Expand market, maximizing customer potential in assigned area
• Develop long-term relationship and visiting customer regularly
• Invulve in presentation, negotiation with customer
• Calculate client quotations and administer client account
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
• Work after sales support services and provide technical back up as required
• Make technical presentation and demonstrate how a product meets clientneeds
• Sulving a problem and provide the best sulution to the customer
• Prepare competitor analysis and benchmarking
• Prepare sales &amp marketing forecast, action plan sales &amp marketing strategies and research and produce routinely report on all the sales and marketing activities
• Provide weekly &amp monthly activity report to Operation Manager
