Main Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the overall processing payroll, employee income taxes and social security computation, reporting as well as preparing monthly payroll statements. The HR Specialist will ensure all system computation result is comply with government regulations, establishing and implementing policies on matters such as payroll information to employees and the new hiring, training and supervision of payroll assistant.
Role and Responsibilities
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and transferred on time as per company regulation or business decision.
To make sure all employees payroll information related to the new hire, existing employees such as transfer, promotion and other payroll changes are recorded properly and up to date in the HRIS database,
Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, government social security and generate payroll reporting for finance recording and reconsiliation
Submitting the monthly Income tax report to local tax authority including social security report to local social security authority and in Yearly basis report.
Generate and distribute the employee monthly payslip properly and provide information and assistant to employee for any query related to their payroll.
Keeping all employee personal data properly (Application, Resume, Medical Check and other employees documents)
Preparing all documents and letters related to the employee work agreement, transfer, promotion and other employees changes.
Maintaining good industrial relationship with social security local
Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed with additional support from HRIS vendor/consultant
Providing the quick response and feedback to employees for any query related to their payroll computation result.
Proactively participate and contribute to all company engagement activities, health and safety implementation at workplace
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education; Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Administration.
Experience; at least 5 years experiences responsible for the company payroll area at MNC Manufacturing Industry
Having knowledge of the implementaion of various HRIS platform
Deep undestanding of Indonesia social security regulation and implementation
Having good knowledge of Income tax computation and regulation
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office application; excel and word
Understand the Labour law and implementation
Good English Skill – both active and passive
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Abel to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Service oriented with pleasant disposition
