Our client, a Japanese Food Manufacture company located in West Cikarang, is currently looking for candidates to fulfill the IT Staff position, with the fullowing details:
[Requirements]
- Min. 3 years of working experience
- Experience with internal systems: accounting/production/labor (Example: Cloud)
A. Labor: Familiarity with HR System for shift management
Example: Recognize that working 8 hours a day for 5 days a week equals 40 hours of work (including breaks, overtime, etc.)
B. Accounting: Able to understand basic keywords like BS/PL and troubleshoot system issues
Report creation: Ability to create English documents for submission to the Japanese side - Business Level English
[Job Details]
- Management and Setup of IT (PCs, Systems) in cullaboration with KDDI:
a. Installation of systems when hiring new employees or someone resigned.
b. Configuration of Windows, Anti-Virus, Firewall, and shared fulders on computers.
c. Cullaboration with IT vendors to update accounting, labor, and production systems. - Troubleshooting network issues
- Reporting to Japan side related to IT problem
