Kualifikasi :
Job Desc:
Crosscheck & confirm import documents.
Create, Crosscheck & confirm Final PIB with customer before sending data
Organize import documents
Communicate with the consignee regarding completeness of documents and Shipments
Qualification:
Minimum D3 or S1 (Preferable in Export/Import or shipping logistic field).
Minimum 2 years in Freight Forwarding
Minimum 2 years of admin import.
Active and passive English and Mandarin skills.
Good communication skill, high motivation, well organized, good analytical thinking.
Have a knowledge about the procedure, regulation and all supporting documents of export (PIB, BL, Invoice, COD, etc) for Import FCL / LCL.
Have the ability to create & check PIB, BPOM, Fumigation, BC 4.0, DO Online, etc
Track shipments and communicate with related departments or clients about the package’s progress
Ability to be neat and clean in documentation including filing and recording files.
