POSITION DUTIES
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure regular maintenance and troubleshooting of paper cup machines.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with Production and Maintenance team to enhance machine efficiency and product quality.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to Production, Maintenance, and QA/QC teams.
- Project Management: Lead projects related to new machine installation and commissioning.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement strategies in machine operation and maintenance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine performance and maintenance activities.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- S1 or D3 Technical Background
- Process knowledge and Material Knowledge
- Product knowledge (design and specification)
- Quality Control & Quality System
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Capable of handling physical demands of the role, including lifting and operating machinery
- English Proficient
