Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
– Fluent in English and good communication skills.
– Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area).
– Proven experience for a minimum of 3 years in finance from Retail, Trading, or E-commerce company. Preferably with a previous rule as a Financial Analyst or related.
– A sulid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
– Professional certification or qualification will be an advantage point.
Job Responsibilities:
– Transactional input
– Prepare balance sheet and P/L report
– Receive invoices from suppliers of all entities.
– Create invoices based on the approval and cullaborate with tax staff to issue tax invoices.
– Prepare Listing AP & AR aging.
– Journal Entry of all finance transactions.
– Payment Recapitulation.
– Cash withdrawal.
– Prepare a Withdrawal Report summary and detail.
