Footwear Sales Operation Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales &amp marketing at manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Bright, intelligent personality and willingness to learn.
• Team player that is self-motivated and eager for improvements.
• Fluent in English is a must and Mandarin is advantage
• Good communication skills to work cullaboratively with culleagues from different functions.
• Software Proficiency: MS (Word, Excel, Power Point) in advance.
• VBA or Power BI would be advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java

Rule Purpose:

• To handle master data maintenance both customer master data and price master data (new creation or adjustment/updating) via multiple systems as current practice of Footwear division.
• To be in charge sales administration works including sales contracts, quotations, agreements, certificates, and other paper documents for supporting Sales team as per customers’ requests.
• Work on reporting and data maintenance as per assignment.
• Support and cullaborate with Finance/Procurement/Administration on relevant assignments.
• Document and fullow up with Sales team on compliance and auditing tasks.
