A leading logistics company with headquarters in Surabaya is currently looking for a Sales Manager (Logistic). Their presence in the logistics industry enables us to deliver a competitive advantage to their clients and connect their supply chains from end-to-end around the globe
Job Responsibility :
Prospect and qualify new sales leads
Schedule meetings and presentation with prospects
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regulary
Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departements
Maintain a well-develope pipeline of prospects
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customer
Meet and/or exceed target KPI
Coordinate with other team members and departements to optimize the sales efforts
Work together with operations and other team – teamwork spirit
Identify any potential risk and know how to minimize the risk/calim/payment issue, etc

Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree
2-4 years of sales experience in logistics industry (freight forwarder)
Excellent product knowledge in ocean freight, air freight & customs clearance
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationship
Excellent interpersonal interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Proficient in English (speaking & writing) and other foreign language is a plus
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Having own vehicle (car)
