Job Specification :
Min. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Law, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Min. 5 years experience in the manufacturing process, especially in Japanese companies.
Good speaking and writing using the English language.
Preferably having at least JLPT N3 certification or equivalent will be an advantage.
Experience with general services, facility management, and legal permits.
Willing to be placed in Pier-Pasuruan.
Job Description :
1. Facility Management: Coordinate building and facilities, maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Manage service provider contracts.
2. Administrative Support: Supervise staff, implement policies, and manage supplies and equipment procurement.
3. Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal regulations and manage permits, licenses, and contracts. Liaise with legal counsel.
4. General Services: Coordinate services like transportation, catering, and security. Manage service budgets.
5. Team Management: Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and develop training programs.
