General Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax or equivalent
* Minimum Age 27 years old and maximum age 35 years old
* Having in-depth knowledge of accounting/tax principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
* Related Working Experience minimum 3 years
* Outsourcing industry background is preferred
* Computer literate (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power point)
* Fast learner, hard working, able to work under pressure
* Can be objective in work, responsible, fair and honest
* Good interpersonal and communication skill
* Preferably the Person able to working with Multitasking jobs
* Working area at Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta
* Able to speak English is a plus
* Honest, detailed, thorough, disciplined and responsible
Finance
* Good knowledge of Finance theories, principles, procedures and best practices (including but not limited to book-keeping)
* Capable to controlling income and expenditures
* Capable to make full set of financial reports
* Set up and budget strategic financial planning and control the actual spending as well
* Executing routine finance and procurement administration
Tax
* Experience in tax handling and verifying VAT bill
* Experience in Taxation and have Certificate of Brevet A and B
* Experience in Tax Equalization
* Deep understanding of taxation system (E-faktur)
* Has knowledge, experience, and mastering in VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax, tax dispute, and general accounting.
* Capable of handling tax disputes of the clients with Tax Authority
* Capable to provide tax advisory services
Accounting
* Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
* Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipts, costs, and team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures
* Familiar with accounting system applications, preferably Accurate accounting system.
* Assist with monthly closing processes and financial report
* Capable to resolve any discrepancies
* Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
