Requirements:
- Bachelor in Pharmacy/ Biotechnology/ Life Science/ Industrial/ Management
- Experienced min. 2 years in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing/TPM, GMP, and QMS
- Understanding of 8 steps & 7 tools in PDCA is preferred
- Good communication skills, especially in English
- Willing to work at Cikarang
- Vaccinated againts Covid-19
Job Description:
- Monitoring LTDP (Long Term Development Program) project and implementing PDCA, Lean Manufacturing System (LMS) on Site to create a productive and efficient work area
- Collecting and analyzing the feasibility implementation of new technology
- Initiate and improve working relationships intra and inter-departments through business process improvement
