Engineering Assistant Manager (Food Manufacture)
General Qualification :
Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree from Civil Engineering
Should have experience at Civil Engineering (Manufacture) minimum 3 years
Should have experience in managerial level minimum 3 years

Able to use any computer software to plan and design various major infrastructure systems in line with current safety and quality standards;

Job Description
Planning, design and calculate to build or renovation an infrastructure and buildings.
Monitor and review all engineering processes, documentation and tools to ensure that these operate effectively and are appropriate to meet production targets.
Review and evaluate any new equipment and processes to ensure that they meet production requirements.
Review the engineering process and cost implications
Recommend any necessary changes to engineering processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and product quality.
Maintain an awareness of technical developments in the industry to ensure that the company has up-to-date and relevant information.
Commission or carry out research into new and existing product performance for both company and competitor products.
Develop and control the budget for the department to ensure that all financial and cost objectives are met and targets are achieved within overall cost constraints.
