Kualifikasi :
Qualification:
Maximum 35 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Chemical Engineering.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field as Leader Productionis required for this position.
Understanding about ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS18001:2007, FSMS and GMP.
Ready to be placed in Sengon, Pasuruan – Jawa Timur.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage on a daily basis the allocation of various resources (equipments, materials, people and systems) are efficien, safely and effectively to achieve targets the performance of which has been agreed by the production manager/head.
Ensuring a high quality of product, 5S and hygiene standards maintained and always Production increased in area.
Reviewing the achievement of production and factory output variance (labor, materials) in DOR (Daily Operation Review) and weekly with the group leader and team member production.
Train, directed and elaborated group leaders and members to reach production skill standards (GMP, hygiene, safety, quality) is high, planning and implementation of training related to the points above.
Priorities, schedule and ensure the maintenance and repair performed well for maximize efficiency production line.
Ensure the development and implementation of corrective action plans to cause of failure operatioanal running and doing continuous improvement initiatives.
Being a key facilitator and communication of information of an equal partner, subordinate and production management.
