Thermaltake Australia (www.thermaltake.com.au) is seeking full-time Administrative Assistants to work remotely from Indonesia. This position allows for the convenience of working from home. We provide a stable employment opportunity within Thermaltake, a reputable and established company publicly traded in Taiwan.

This role requires supporting our Australian office in administrative tasks. We are looking for candidates who are meticulous, accurate in their work, and eager to learn. Strong English communication and writing abilities are essential. Having Chinese language skills is a bonus but not required. Training will be provided to those selected for the position.

Duties Include:

• Data entry.
• Replying to email inquiries.
• Supporting daily online administrative tasks and completing additional assignments as needed.

Minimum requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or higher. 
• Fluent in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered an advantage.
• A strong focus on detail and accuracy is crucial.
• A keen interest in learning and openness to embracing new challenges.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure, with excellent prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
• Consistent punctuality is mandatory.

Working Hours: 10am to 6.30pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) which is 6.00am to 2.30pm Jakarta time.
