Kualifikasi :
Requirements:
Candidate MUST be agree/OK to work in Alcohol company
S1 Degree any field 3-5 years marketing experience in a leading FMCG
Expertise in Luxury industry is a plus
Demonstrated thought partnership for Commercial teams
Experienced in Fashion/Cigarette/Alcohol Industry will be preferred
Scope of Work:
Ensure effective execution to maximize demand within outlets
Proactively gather possible collaboration and third space events
Liaise with the field teams to ensure that marketing and promotional activity as well as to manage the launch of Bulk Import innovation products and create relevant activation events and promotional activities to be consistent with national and international brand image and values.
Prepare and deliver Communication and Activity Briefs for internal teams and external agencies for approval by the Brand Manager and Marketing Director
Create report on the effectiveness promotional events and consumer activation programs across channels and regions to maximize customer experience towards the brands within specified budgets.
Ensure effective utilization of amenities to create and increase brand awareness and visibility.
Coordinate development, production and installment of promotional and collateral materials for IS SDLX, Prestige & Bulk Import brands.
Gather market data through frequent market visits, market feedback and public available financial information of competitors to identify market practices/trends and needs of existing and potential accounts.
Work together with the sales team to develop action plan for each area – designed to hit business targets and consistent with global vision and agreed brand strategies
