Steps of Recruitment and Training in Indonesia
Step 1 Administrative selection in the Glints platform (13 March – 12 April 2024);
Step 2 Administrative selection based on document evidence (13 – 30 April 2024);
Step 3 Interview in English/Korean by the Hatarakimasu Indonesia (01 – 14 May 2024);
Step 4 Interview in English/Korean by the Agency in South Korea (15 – 31 March 2024);
Step 5 Interview in English by the Recruiter (01 – 14 June 2024);
Step 6 Contract Offer as the full time employee by the Recruiter in South Korea and Contract Offer for the training and dispatching program by Hatarakimasu Indonesia (15 – 30 June 2024);
Step 7 Contract signing (if agree, then move to Step 8);
Step 8 Intensive training online (30 Days);
Step 9 Administrative departure preparation (90 Days)

Job Description
Operation and process management of production facilities. The chemical may vary depending on the work environment, and training may be provided to handle all machinery and equipment in the entire factory. The job duties may be adjusted appropriately based on the individual’s abilities and preferences.
Required
Minimum Bachelor degree in the Chemical Engineering;
Minimum 3 Years Experience as the Chemical Engineer in the Manufacturing;
Business Level in English (Min. IELTS 6.0 or equivalent) OR Basic Level of Korean (Min. TOPIK I Level 2).
Welcome
Having a Master Degree in the Mechanical Engineering;
Having a Work Experience in the Korean Corporation.
