Deskripsi pekerjaan Graphic Designer C+C&Co
C+C&Co is looking for a Graphic Designer (with experience in 1-3 years) to join its ever-growing team. The Graphic designer positions have an understanding of the design industry and are able to assist effectively in creative processes and productions.
Graphic Designers will utilise their expertise and research skills in their chosen fields (visual, digital or motion) to devise critical and reflective solutions that help individuals, organisations or businesses grow in their intended direction and strategy. The designer will start sharpening their research-led and vocational training earned in their education and industry experience through a series of critical approaches that are grounded and guided by the theories of human-centric design.
REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of experience in design
Degree qualifications in Design relevant experience in the field of Design
Having a TOEFL certificate is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
Brand Advocacy – Authentic, engaged and active on brand.
Positively representing C+C&Co on a multitude of platforms wherever possible.
Good command of English and able to converse in English.
Have a good understanding of global affairs and popular culture
Updated and enjoy using social media and latest trends
Creation and production of artworks
Be a part of discussion and creative
brainstorming
Assisting in training the Junior Visual Designers
Assisting in strategic design approaches in answering brief
Open-mindedness in learning new skills that contributes to the betterment of the team
Work with the Senior members to develop learning programmes
Producing meticulous and creative outcomes for the assigned projects
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 – 3 years experience working in design agencies of various disciplines ranging from digital imaging, illustrations, branding and/or packaging
Familiarity with print and digital applications
Good understanding in designing according the the briefs challenges and market’s needs
Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English
Great visual eye and focus on details
Have an affinity for visual storytelling, visual design, and graphics
Good knowledge in Adobe Ps, Ai and Id
An understanding and demonstration of user centered design principles
Able to develop simple and elegant design approaches to design problems
Work Place : Surabaya, Indonesia
No WFH / Remote / Hybrid arrangement
